مہرباں ہو کے بلا لو مجھے چاہو جس وقت
میں گیا وقت نہیں ہوں کہ پھر آ بھی نہ سکوں
मेहरबाँ हो के बुला लो मुझे चाहो जिस वक़्त
मैं गया वक़्त नहीं हूँ कि फिर आ भी न सकूँ

Be kind and call me at any time.
I am not like times past that I won’t return.

Meaning
Be kind and call me at any time.
I am not like times past that I won’t return.
Explanation/Comment:
Ghalib is here stressing on the eternal relevance of his poetry.
He wants us to be benevolent and just call him anytime. And he would make himself available. For he was not like times past that he wouldn’t return.
The more one reads him, the more one realises the truth of what he has said here.
